About Kopi Web
A Singapore web solutions company.
We plan, design, build and look after websites for businesses that want their website to do a job, not just look the part.
Who we are
Kopi Web brings creative direction and technical development together, so a business has one point of responsibility for the thinking, the making and the looking-after of its website.
It started with freelance web design work around 2023. After nearly a year of planning, the business was formally registered as KOPI WEB DESIGN on 23 December 2024.
In 2026, as its services expanded, the business adopted the Kopi Web brand. The registered business name remains KOPI WEB DESIGN. The new name reflects a broader job: not only designing websites, but planning them around business goals, making them easy to find, and keeping them working well after launch.
We work mainly with Singapore businesses, and we keep the work personal. You’ll have a direct point of contact throughout your project.
Why “Kopi”
“Let’s have a kopi.”
The name came from a cup of kopi. Our founder was brainstorming agency names while brewing one, and the name stuck. In Singapore, a lot of good business starts with those words: an unhurried conversation over coffee before anyone talks about deliverables. That is how we like every project to begin.

Built for how Singapore does business.
- Mobile and WhatsApp first. Many customers here meet a business on their phone and would rather message than fill in a form, so both routes are always easy.
- Privacy taken seriously. Forms and data handling are designed with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act in mind, collecting only what is needed.
- Plain English, local context. Copy that sounds like your business and makes sense to your customers.
